In this pivotal role, you will provide HR guidance and support while managing challenges in labor relations, employee performance, and organizational development. Responsibilities include administration of collective agreements, workplace investigations, and recruitment processes, ensuring robust collaboration with leadership and union representatives.
Key Responsibilities:



- Administer and interpret collective agreements effectively - Coach leadership on performance management and conflict resolution - Chair Labour Management committees and participate in mediations - Lead workplace investigations and ensure legal compliance - Develop training related to labor relations and policy changes
Requirements: - University degree with a post-graduate HR Certificate - 3 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in healthcare - Previous experience in a unionized setting - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - CHRP certification is required
