Empire Deck Collective is looking for a Client Account Associate for our telecom partner. You will be responsible for enrollment processing, account creation, and ensuring every Internet, TV, and home phone customer is set up with confidence. By working closely with the sales team, the Client Account Associate helps achieve accurate enrollment outcomes and contributes to account success.

As a Client Account Associate, you become the reliable backbone your sales team counts on for error-free account setups. The Client Account Associate’s enrollment expertise on Internet, TV, and Home Phone products ensures every new customer starts with accurate information and confirmed installation dates.

Core Functions of the Client Account Associate

- Audit residential sales agreements to ensure all Internet, TV, and Home Phone selections match what was sold at the doorstep.
- Enter account details into systems accurately to protect sales quality and prevent activation errors.
- Support customers through credit verification and payment setup, explaining deposit rules and auto‑pay benefits.
- Reconnect with customers after agreement review to confirm and reinforce the value of choosing our client for their home services.




- Flag incomplete or unclear applications for Sales Representatives to revisit, protecting sales from falling out of the pipeline.
- Generate daily enrollment summaries showing processed accounts, pending activations, and accuracy metrics for leadership review.

Education & Experience Needed for the Client Account Associate

- Experience in sales, account support, or enrollment is a plus.
- Skilled at clarifying billing timelines, payment expectations, and installation requirements.
- Reliable in maintaining account records, correcting errors, and supporting activations.

Preferred Skills for the Client Account Associate

- Explains billing cycles and payment methods clearly to finalize new account setups.
- Navigates multiple telecom systems simultaneously to expedite the enrollment journey.
- Simplifies complex billing structures into easy-to-understand sales benefits.
- Coordinates bundled account setups for Internet and TV with high-speed system proficiency.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
