Clients are usually stressed and always in a hurry. Your job is to be the person who makes the whole thing feel handled. This is client-facing work, not filing. What you'll be doing: Answering calls and emails from new and current clients Booking consultations and managing the calendar Sending intake forms and following up with clients who haven't returned them Sending drafts, logging revision requests, keeping projects on deadline General admin and keeping client records organized What we're looking for: Clear, friendly phone manner.
