Duties

- Perform professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles with precision and flair
- Consult with clients to understand their desires and recommend suitable styles or treatments based on their preferences and hair type
- Maintain a clean, sanitized work area by following strict sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and hair care treatments to enhance client results and increase sales
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently




- Communicate clearly with clients throughout their service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing education to bring fresh ideas to the salon

Skills

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that makes clients feel valued and comfortable
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments
