Reporting to the Director of Occupational Health & Wellness, this position is dedicated to creating a comprehensive wellness program that promotes psychological health and physical wellbeing. You will engage with diverse stakeholders to develop effective solutions, track program outcomes, and ensure compliance with health standards, thus promoting a culture of wellness in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and implement integrated wellness programs
- Schedule and oversee program operations and compliance




- Evaluate program effectiveness with metrics and data
- Research best practices for program enhancement
- Promote engagement through communication strategies

Requirements:

- Degree in a health-related field, Master’s preferred
- 3+ years of experience in wellness program development
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification required
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
