Vistex is expecting hypergrowth with the GTMS solution and is seeking to hire a GTMS Consultant to join our team! This exciting, yet challenging opportunity, allows this individual to lead and be actively involved in high touch, high visibility engagements with customers during the GTMS implementations.
As a GTMS Senior Consultant,



you will be a focal point of contact for the customers on that project and will be responsible for driving the entire project right from requirement gathering sessions, designing the solution, configuring the system, doing system walkthroughs, testing and working cross-functionally with other teams such as product development, training, support and system administration. You will be the force behind the project and have a comprehensive view of all the deliverables and deliver within project timelines using the prescribed implementation methodology.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of support consultants and provide them guidance and direction on how to address production issues, software bugs and meet the SLA’s for various customers/engagements.
Organize and conduct meetings with the customers for high priority and critical issues and provide directive to the consulting team to redress these issues.
Address application system issues for multiple clients after they are live in their production environment.
Work on system enhancements as requested by the client by understanding the requirement, configuring the system and coordinating any custom development that is required.
Play an active role on client system upgrade.
Carry out walkthroughs and end user demonstrations or Knowledge
