Key Responsibilities Reporting to the CEO/CFO, the Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a Long-Term Care environment. Responsibilities include:
Support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, including variance analysis and providing financial insights to leadership.
Prepare monthly financial reporting, Board reporting packages, Ministry reporting submissions, and stakeholder dashboards.
Support compliance with Ontario Long-Term Care funding requirements, Ministry reporting obligations, and sector-specific financial regulations.
