What Your Days Will Look Like
Lead the training agenda across complex, business-led SAP S/4 HANA programmes, accountable for strategy, governance, quality and measurable adoption outcomes.
Develop persona-based training strategies aligned to client needs, programme milestones, business readiness and the target operating model.
Advise sponsors and senior stakeholders, translating business priorities into learning decisions while managing scope, risks, dependencies, resources and expectations.
Lead and develop high-performing Pw C and client teams, setting direction, managing performance and building sustainable training capability.
Oversee the end-to-end training lifecycle: needs assessment, curricula, learner journeys, content development, delivery, evaluation and transition to business as usual.
Set quality standards for blended learning, including e-learning, virtual and classroom training, simulations, quick reference guides and digital performance support.
