We are seeking a Senior Workforce Management (WFM) Implementation Consultant with deep Dayforce Workforce Management expertise to lead complex implementations from discovery through go-live and stabilization. In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, designing scalable workforce solutions, configuring advanced WFM functionality, and guiding organizations through successful deployment.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end complex Dayforce WFM implementations, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and align workforce policies,



scheduling practices, and compliance needs
Configure and optimize:
Time Calculation Rules
Pay Policies & Entitlements
Attendance Management
Advanced Scheduling
Job Costing & Labor Allocation
Time Clocks & Punch Policies
Time Entry Imports and Time Import Wizard
Design solutions that support complex labor compliance requirements, including FLSA, FMLA, and California overtime regulations.
Develop and support testing strategies, UAT, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
Partner with Payroll, HR, Advantages, Integrations, and Project Management teams to deliver successful outcomes.
