Position Details: The Insurance Operations Sr.



Associate plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the insurance operations portfolio, including total loss and credit life claims and ancillary product cancellations. The role minimizes losses arising from insurance-related events by managing uninsured lease risk, negotiating with adjusters, overseeing end-to-end credit life claim processing, and maximizing financial recoveries from ancillary product rebates. The Senior Associate also mentors junior staff, enhances vendor performance, and contributes to process improvements and policy development. This position reports to the Manager, Default Management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the end to end management of complex total loss and physical damage claims while providing strategic oversight to adjusters and external vendors to expedite resolution.
Review and interpret complex insurance policy wordings and loss documentation to ensure accurate Proof of Loss submission and timely insurer
