About The TeamAs a SEO Specialist at Turo, you will support the growth of Turo’s organic visibility, traffic, and bookings across international markets through hands‑on SEO execution. You will help drive technical SEO, content optimisation, on‑page improvements, and cross‑functional initiatives in partnership with teams across Growth, Product, Engineering, and Content. The role requires an analytical, detail‑oriented mind eager to solve complex SEO challenges at a global scale.What You Will DoTechnical Implementation: Partner cross‑functionally with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritise and support the implementation of technical SEO fixes that improve search visibility and site performance.Technical Audits: Lead technical audits to uncover opportunities in crawlability, indexation, site health, schema, and overall organic performance across global markets.On‑Page Optimisations: Execute on‑page SEO optimisations, including metadata, internal linking, heading structures and content refinement, to improve rankings and user experience.Content Opportunities: Identify and recommend new content opportunities through keyword research, competitive analysis and market insights to support scalable organic growth.Your profileBachelor’s degree in marketing or a quantitative field is required.4+ years of experience in SEO.Strong foundation in technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, internal linking, content strategy, and organic growth.Proficiency with SEO and reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush and/or Ahrefs.Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including schema.Org, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexation, site architecture and rendering best practices.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organisational levels.Advanced time‑management and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills,
