Marketing & Revenue to understand current marketing programsMeet with department leaders to review usage of marketing initiatives and gather feedbackCollaborate with sales and revenue to assess needs and future goalsReview competitor landscape and guest feedback to define guest profilesTravel to properties to familiarize with brand locations and featuresAudit existing programs and roadmap to identify prioritiesIn the first 12 months:Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesContinuously gather and interpret competitor and guest data to refine strategiesAct as the conduit for customer voice across the organizationMeasure marketing ROI and track user acquisition, activation, and retentionCreate marketing plans supporting sales pipeline and guest acquisitionTravel for internal and external events, reporting on ROIBuild localized marketing plans with sales tools to generate leadsProvide actionable sales collateralPartner with operations to create templates, messaging guides, and standardize guest experienceDevelop relationships across hotel teams – front desk, room attendants, GMs, etc.Travel & CollaborationAllocation of approximately 25% of time to travel across properties in support of on-site presence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
