Reporting to the Manager of Payroll and supported by two Team Leads, you’ll play a key role in processing payroll for a high‑volume, nationwide workforce.This organization operates over 400 locations across Canada and its BC‑based payroll team supports more than 8,000 employees. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced setting, is highly accurate, and has hands‑on expertise withADP Workforce Now .What You’ll Be Doing:Process bi‑weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary staffManage onboarding/offboarding within ADP Workforce NowHandle payroll adjustments, retro pay, and vacation payoutsReconcile timesheets, entitlements,



and resolve time entry discrepanciesRespond to payroll and benefits inquiries from employees and managersCollaborate with payroll team members on complex processing issuesPerform account analysis and reconciliations (CPP/EI/Tax, benefits, vacation, taxable benefits)Reconcile government remittances and ensure legislative complianceCalculate garnishments, third‑party payments, and statutory deductionsMaintain payroll documentation and audit‑ready recordsStay up to date on payroll legislation and employment standardsSupport year‑end: reconciliations, adjustments, and T4/ROE preparationConduct monthly and quarterly payroll auditsPrepare ad hoc payroll reports for HR, Finance, and LeadershipPerform other payroll‑related duties as assignedQualifications:2–3 years of Canadian payroll experienceMandatory: ADP Workforce Now experienceExperience processing payroll acrossmultiple provincesExperience working in large, high‑volume, multi‑location organizationsBi‑weekly and full‑cycle payroll experience is strongly preferredOpen to part‑time candidates, but full‑time availability is preferredSeniority level:Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type:TemporaryJob function:Human Resources#J-18808-Ljbffr
