Salary range: CAD $46.37/Hour – CAD $66.66/Hour.OverviewReporting to the Manager, Human Resource Partnerships, the Human Resources (HR) Partner collaborates with the broader People portfolio to support PHC management in an assigned client group and integrate HR best practices.ResponsibilitiesDevelop successful relationships with leaders and build an understanding of business areas including short‑ and long‑range plans, workforce, culture, financial and staffing situations.Provide advice and counsel to leaders from a strategic and operational perspective on human resources matters such as labour relations, collective agreement interpretation and administration, organizational policy and procedure, and occupational health and safety.Support management decision‑making by offering proactive advice and solutions to meet current and future business requirements.Refer matters to specialized HR teams as appropriate.Assist leaders and staff with navigating available HR services, engaging with subject‑matter experts, and linking clients with specialized HR teams.Provide work direction to Human Resources Analysts, HR Coordinators, and Labour Relations Coordinators assigned to client groups.Represent HR in internal and external meetings and committees as required.Develop strategic alliances with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to encourage HR involvement in proactive strategic and operational planning.Utilize expertise in collective agreements, legislation, employment and case law,



and organizational policies to offer consultative advice on operational decisions with HR implications.Serve as first point of contact for clients on all HR matters (labour relations, conflict resolution, legislation, recruitment, compensation, OHS, staffing issues).Determine when to involve other departments (Recruitment/EDI, Compensation/Classification, OH&S, Workforce Planning, Staffing & HR Analytics, Organization Development, Finance) for specialized support.Coach, mentor, and provide learning opportunities to HR analysts and coordinators on complex issues.Manage and conduct investigations of union grievances or employee disputes through appropriate processes up to step 3.Engage with HEABC representatives, legal counsel, and participate in third‑party hearings when necessary; recommend resolutions and negotiate settlements.Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks to the organization related to HR matters.Support Duty to Accommodate (DTA) processes with DTA‑Disability Management Advisor, unions, employees, and related departments.Support performance‑management processes, including tool development and employee evaluations.Maintain knowledge of HR developments through industry materials, seminars, and conferences,
