The firm is owner-led and adding an Engineer-in-Training in a long-term role.Role DescriptionThis is a hands-on role working directly with the principal Professional Engineer, with full exposure to the project lifecycle from scoping through closeout. The successful candidate will contribute to design and assessment work, conduct site supervision, and participate in client meetings under the principal’s review and mentorship. Work split is approximately 60 to 70 percent office and 30 to 40 percent field, with field-heavy periods during the construction season.ResponsibilitiesSite supervision and inspections for civil and infrastructure projectsField reviews, condition assessments, and inspection reportsEngineering calculations and design using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other softwarePreparation of engineering reports, inspection reports, and assessment lettersCoordination with clients, contractors, and subconsultantsSupport for proposals, project documentation,
