Founded in 2016, we’re a family‑owned business that has grown from a small clinic to more than 125 brilliant teammates nationwide, and we’re only getting started.WE'RE HIRING A CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGERShift Collab is in an active growth phase, taking on large‑scale B2B partnerships that require real implementation muscle — technical builds, clinical operations, recruitment, and process design running simultaneously across multiple workstreams.We’re looking for a senior contract Project Manager to own execution through this phase. This is a new role created to support our growth phase. The role exists to make sure complex, time‑sensitive implementations stay on track without the COO carrying every thread.This is a part‑time contract engagement — 20 hours per week, June 1 through November 30, 2026. The right person brings direct experience managing large‑scale implementations in healthcare, health benefits, or health insurance programs.Project Planning and StructureTranslate partnership agreements into a concrete project plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and ownersDefine scope and success metrics for each workstreamBuild and maintain the execution roadmap across technical, clinical, and operational tracksStakeholder ManagementServe as the central coordination point across internal teams (Clinical, Care, Marketing, Ops) and external enterprise partnersRun project meetings, own the agenda, and close action itemsKeep roles, responsibilities,
and expectations clear across all parties — internally and externallyIdentify and move through blockers without waiting to be askedExecution and DeliveryDrive day‑to‑day progress and hold workstreams accountableMaintain momentum independently — this role does not require heavy oversightFlag risks early with a recommendation, not just a problemCommunication and ReportingRun a consistent project cadence (weekly updates, stakeholder check‑ins)Provide clear, concise progress reporting to the COOEscalate issues early with context and a proposed path forwardProcess and SystemsMap, scope, and implement processes to serve external partners and organize internal teamsBuild repeatable playbooks for how we run enterprise implementations and reportingWho You Are7 to 10+ years in project or program management, with significant time leading large‑scale implementationsDirect, hands‑on experience managing implementations in healthcare, health benefits, or insurance. This is required, not preferredPMP or equivalent project management certification requiredA technical skillset to leverage tools like Claude, Miro, Coda, and Zapier is preferredUniversity degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferredComfortable navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments while managing internal teams and external enterprise partners simultaneouslyOnce you’re onboarded and clear on the job to be done, you have the aptitude and skillset to act independentlyOrganized without being rigid. You bring structure, not bureaucracyCommunicates clearly across different audiences, from clinical to technical to executiveBeing bilingual in English and French is an assetENGAGEMENT TERMS$55 per hour,
plus transportation costs covered for any in‑person business meetingsThis is a remote contract engagement.
