This is a new role created to support our growth phase. The role exists to make sure complex, time‑sensitive implementations stay on track without the COO carrying every thread.This is a part‑time contract engagement — 20 hours per week, June 1 through November 30, 2026. The right person brings direct experience managing large‑scale implementations in healthcare, health benefits, or health insurance programs.Project Planning and StructureTranslate partnership agreements into a concrete project plan with clear milestones, dependencies, and ownersDefine scope and success metrics for each workstreamBuild and maintain the execution roadmap across technical, clinical, and operational tracksStakeholder ManagementServe as the central coordination point across internal teams (Clinical, Care, Marketing, Ops) and external enterprise partnersRun project meetings, own the agenda, and close action itemsKeep roles, responsibilities,
