Mon–Fri)Location:Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil‑Waututh Nations.About The RoleAs Executive Assistant, you will provide administration, coordination, facilitation, office management support, and technical support for the team and its initiatives and projects that advance the mandate and interests of the FNHA. Working in this role includes being involved in the development and implementation of plans, systems, processes and procedures essential for effective and productive operations, as well as providing executive and administrative support. You will provide secretariat services to a variety of senior executive meetings and regional committees, including the Regional Caucus and the Regional Table, as well as liaising with the Regional Health Authority as required. While in this role you will supervise at least one administrative staff member on a day‑to‑day basis, with project team supervision as required.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have/be:EducationA diploma in business/office administration or an equivalent combination of education, training and experienceExperienceRelevant, recent and significant experience in an administrative capacity,
