The Food Services Supervisor-Head Cook is responsible to lead the overall food-service operation of the camp.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the productive and safe functioning of complete food service operationsIn collaboration with the kitchen team provide nutritious and well-balanced meals and snacks for campers and staffKeeping within budget, plan the menus; order food and suppliesMonitor the effectiveness of the food quality, temperature,
