Salary Range: $80,000.00 To $120,000.00 AnnuallyAbout the PositionThe role focuses on driving sales performance across new and pre‑owned vehicles. Responsibilities include leading from the sales floor, coaching the sales team, maximizing showroom traffic, converting appointments into sold units, managing CRM activity, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining compliance and safety standards, and contributing to financial performance and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute established short, medium, and long‑term sales objectives for new and pre‑owned vehicle sales.Develop and implement sales plans for your team to achieve monthly and annual goals.Contribute ideas and participate in the development and implementation of dealership marketing and advertising initiatives.Ensure successful conversion of iLeads to sales.Monitor team performance metrics, including sales and customer experience metrics.Build and maintain client relationships to promote the dealership brand.Assist in implementing growth strategies.Curate an exceptional client experience.Develop a strong team to execute sales strategy.Encourage working relationships with associates and stakeholders.Deliver financial results while ensuring compliance with company policies and corporate governance.Promote professional development within the team, holding associates accountable.Lead, demonstrate, and champion a healthy and safe work environment, ensuring safety standards and policies are communicated, implemented,
