This role combines entity stewardship, finance and back‑office oversight, operational coordination, and support for regional sales processes. You will act as a key local anchor for our Canadian and U.S. entities, ensuring that core administrative, governance, and reporting processes run effectively and in alignment with our global headquarters in Vienna.Entity stewardship and operational oversightServe as legal officer and authorized signatory for the Canadian entity (Canadian citizenship required)Help ensure the Canadian and U.S. entities meet statutory and tax obligations in coordination with external advisors and headquartersOversee regional administrative infrastructure, including office operations in Toronto and core back‑office functionsManage vendor relationships and contractual agreements ensuring alignment with business needs and expectationsEnsure business continuity of regional operations including order desk support, administrative workflows, and cross‑functional coordinationIdentify inefficiencies and help implement practical process improvements across administrative and back‑office activitiesSales SupportSupport regional sales controlling, including sales reporting, budgeting support, and sales administrationHelp maintain visibility on regional sales performance and key commercial trendsProvide performance insights by analyzing sales data, highlighting trends, risks and opportunitiesParticipate actively in regional sales and management meetingsFinance & Back Office Team Lead and CoordinationOversee the local finance and back‑office teams (3 direct reports), helping set priorities and ensuring smooth execution of day‑to‑day accounting and administrationOversee cash management and banking relationships, including appropriate controls and authorization processesEnsure effective governance, internal controls,
