Overview Toronto, ON. Connor, Clark & Lunn Infrastructure (CC&L; Infrastructure) is seeking an Analyst to join our Infrastructure Investment team to support continued expansion. You will support the acquisition of new investments through financial modelling, due diligence, identifying key risks and mitigants, and preparing investment analyses and recommendations. You will also play a key role in structuring and executing debt financing initiatives in support of new investments. The role is dynamic with opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities within an entrepreneurial environment. Our offices operate on a hybrid mode with four days in the office and one remote day per week. Responsibilities Evaluate infrastructure investment opportunities: perform financial analysis, identify risks and make investment recommendations. Build and review complex cash flow valuation models with flexibility to run scenarios, test assumptions and perform sensitivity analysis. Conduct due diligence and manage third‑party vendors (legal, accounting, technical, environmental); assist with deal execution. Monitor financial and operational performance of existing investments; assist in ongoingvaluation and monitoring of potential exit alternatives. Collaborate with an experienced team to manage project deliverables. Present investment materials and memorandums to internal and external groups. Qualifications A consistent record of academic excellence in a degree requiring strong quantitative skills (finance, accounting, engineering, math, etc.). Highly proactive with initiative, work ethic, problem solving, drive and intellectual curiosity. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a desire to excel. Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines and on multiple projects. Excellent communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Robust technical skills,



including financial modelling and advanced Excel. 0–3 years of work experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, investment banking, accounting/advisory, or engineering. The salary range for this position is $95k-$100k. The salary range reflects the base salary as required by legislation. There is a discretionary annual performance bonus which may represent a significant portion of total compensation. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
