We are seeking an organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Supervisor. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our property, as you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the team runs seamlessly.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management:Oversee daily administrative operations of the office, including scheduling, filing, updates of information and correspondence.Anticipate needs on the grounds and take proactive measures to address any potential issues before they escalated and ensure smooth operations.Coordinate with the team to ensure productive communication and workflow.Manage supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.Handle reservations (using reservation system), incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries.Troubleshoot office equipment or technology‑related issues.Assist in managing hotel software systems, ensuring they are up‑to‑date and functioning properly.Human Resources Support:Assist in training, coordinating and scheduling of housekeeping attendants. Housekeeping experience is ideal but not necessary.Process payments in an accurate and timely manner.Reconcile payments collected.Guest Services Support:Handle check‑ins and check‑outs.Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.Maintain a high level of customer service,
ensuring guests receive a positive experience during their stay.Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.Conduct regular inspections of property to identify and address any safety hazards.Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance as necessary.Market and Promotion:Social media posting.Proactively monitor occupancy and devise proposals & promotions to increase occupancy rates and customer retention rates.Update room pricing on sales channels.Qualities/RequirementsBe responsible and accountable in the management and completion of tasks and handling of confidential information.Experience in office management or administrative role.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and guests.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.Understanding of hotel operations and guest service principles is an asset.AccommodationAccommodation can be provided.ScheduleWeekend availabilityCompensation$18.25-$22.00 per hour#J-18808-Ljbffr
