The PHC RN promotes quality health care outcomes working within established standards for case management practice to ensure that patients/clients receive a high standard of primary health care. This will be done in accordance with Sunrise Health Region mission statement and Integrated Primary Health Services policies and procedures of the facility and department. The PHC RN initiates and/or participates in community development initiatives within the site.
