You will ensure that inventory movements, both internal and external to Kardium, are conducted efficiently and effectively, ensuring delivery commitments to customers.Location: Burnaby, BC – Hybrid work arrangement.ResponsibilitiesDirect and mentor inventory and logistics leaders across all Kardium manufacturing sitesGrow a high‑performance team culture, driving engagement, retention and employee developmentInstill a continuous improvement mindset and drive programs to improve efficiency and control of inventory and logistics processesManage all raw materials, WIP and FG inventory located at Kardium and third‑party warehousesEnsure materials at all Kardium locations are stored in appropriate conditions that meet applicable environmental requirementsDefine and monitor key performance indicators (inventory accuracy, etc.) and set standards to direct site and team actions and performanceMonitor inventory service levels to the manufacturing floor and drive corrective actions to resolve and eliminate disruptionsDirect sourcing, qualification,



and cost and delivery performance management of all logistics and inventory warehousing partnersDirect and manage all trade compliance activities, ensuring taxes and tariffs are minimizedEnsure Kardium’s distribution strategy for medical devices is scalable at a global levelChampion and drive a safety‑first culture, ensuring compliance with all local workplace, health and safety regulationsQualificationsDegree in Operations Management, Trade and Transportation Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 10 years’ experience in a senior operations leadership role, preferably in a complex manufacturing and distribution environmentProven experience scaling warehousing and distribution functions to high commercial volumesStrong analytic, strategic thinking and operational planning skillsStrong working knowledge of international trade agreements and complianceExperience sourcing and qualifying warehousing and logistics providersExcellent oral and written communication and technical documentation skillsCompensation$140,000 – $220,000 (CAD annually) including base salary, 5% RRSP contribution and participation in Kardium’s stock option plan.Additional benefits include comprehensive medical & dental coverage, 3 personal days per year, professional membership support, and parental leave top‑up.EEO StatementWe encourage applications from all qualified candidates who represent the full diversity of all communities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
