This role will help maintain accurate, efficient, and compliant payroll processing in a continuously evolving environment. Reporting to the Payroll Director, the Payroll Coordinator will work at the heart of a well‑established team of three highly engaged and collaborative individuals, recognized for their strong team spirit. The addition of this position aims to strengthen this dynamic and support the organization’s rapid growth.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform, with the team, the complete payroll cycle every 2 weeks (Canada,
USA and UK)Process and ensure compliance of all documents related to employee payroll; Carry out the usual verifications and ensure compliance with current regulations when processing salaries and other employment-related benefits; Administer certainsocial programs and reimburse expense accounts; Administer DASapplicable to the employee's jurisdiction and status; Prepare T4 andother year-end statements; Advise managers, human resources partners and employees on payroll-related matters; Any other job-related duties.REQUIRED SKILLS AND APTITUDESDEC or Bachelor's degree with appropriate field of specialization, or a diploma or attestation of studies whose equivalence is recognized by the competent authority; Payroll ComplianceSpecialist designation is an asset; Five (5) years' experience in similar functions; Be recognized as having good oral and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English); Good knowledgeof computerized payroll and benefits management systems. Experience with Ceridian's SAP and Dayforce software is an asset; Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets; Experience in handling high payroll volumes; Salary: starting at $63,086 per year.
