Through these programs, we support more than80,000 employees and their families across 1,800+ dealerships .We’re looking for aMarketing & Communications Coordinatorwho will help ensure our communications are organized, effective, and aligned with our brand across all platforms.Come join our team.The RoleIn this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day communications of the association, support marketing initiatives and help deliver timely and effective communications to members, partners, and stakeholders.Working closely with the Manager, Marketing & Communications and various internal departments, you will help manage communications across email, websites, newsletters, social media, and other digital channels.A key part of your role will involve supporting communications related toCADA 360 programs, ensuring explicit messaging that highlights the value of our services to dealer members.More specifically,



you will:Maintain and update the organization’s communications calendar to ensure consistent messaging throughout the yearEdit, produce, and distribute communications across multiple channels including email, website, newsletters, print materials, and social mediaCoordinate with external vendors and partners such as translators, web developers, and marketing agenciesEnsure communications are consistent with CADA brand guidelines and meet quality and compliance standards in both English and FrenchAssist in producing marketing materials such as ads, brochures, and promotional campaignsCoordinate email campaigns and website updates in collaboration with internal teamsSupport content creation and management for social media channelsAssist in the production and promotion of webinars, newsletters, and digital communicationsHelp plan and coordinate communications for events, conferences, and CADA initiatives such as the annual SummitWork collaboratively with internal departments to support their communication and marketing needsWhat Makes Someone Successful in This RoleThe best candidates will be highly organized communicators who can manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.You are someone who:Has excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and FrenchIs highly organized and able to manage competing priorities and deadlinesCommunicates effectively with colleagues, vendors,
