As a highly versatile role, the Personal Assistant will oversee everything from travel and scheduling to urgent day‑to‑day tasks. You will be trusted to make quick decisions, solve complex problems,
and keep the household’s activities running effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a dynamic calendar often accommodating multiple time zones.Coordinate with internal teams to create extraordinary itineraries and experiences for the household and guests.Source and book events or activities as requested.Ensure properties are prepared and appropriately provisioned before arrival by coordinating with household staff, various teams, and service vendors to maintain a flawless environment.Act as the single point of contact and accountability for unforeseen events: reschedule or redirect missed flights, coordinate medical mishaps, retrieve lost luggage, and resolve issues quickly and quietly.Handle communications, reservations, gifts, errands, and bespoke requests as needed.Track expenses, reconcile receipts, and source cost‑saving alternatives without compromising quality.Liaise with internal executives, administrative support, family, friends, service partners, and other teams as needed.Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy.Ensure quality assurance across all experiences, applying attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Remain ready to travel or pivot plans as required.Experience & Qualifications5+ years in high‑profile C‑suite support, luxury hospitality, family office, or as a personal assistant to ultra/high‑net‑worth individuals.Passport ready; able to travel locally or internationally on short notice and reachable as needed.Stellar judgment, sound discretion, and a drive for service excellence.Quality assurance mindset – detail‑oriented with high standards for service and presentation.Valid,
