This is hands-on, outdoor work on an active construction site.Previous experience is not required. We are primarily looking for people who are willing to work hard and be part of a team. Any general construction or basic electrical experience is considered an asset but is not mandatory.This role also offers future opportunities for individuals who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a strong work ethic.- Working on a rotation of 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 10-hour shifts per day, 6 days per week. Daily travel to and from the work site is provided, as well as meals provided in office.- The wage is $35/hour.- Project completion bonus allotted to those who complete the duration of the project (May to October).- This position is intended for local hires.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of antennas and cablesPerform manual labour including material handling, site preparation,
