In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties within the clinic, providing an exceptional client experience, and driving sales of our products and services. This is a permanent, part‑time position based onsite at our Abbotsford HearCANADA Clinic (Seven Oaks Shopping Centre). Typical hours of work will be Monday and Saturday weekly from 10:00 a.M. – 6:00 p.M. Some opportunity may be available to pick up additional coverage within the clinic or at other local centres. This position pays $21–$24/hour + an attractive bonus program.What You’ll DoProvide an exceptional and individualized client experience for clients visiting and contacting the clinicManage the clinic schedule by booking and rescheduling appointments; follow‑up on missed appointments or with appointment remindersMaking product and payment recommendations to enhance the client journeySupport with maintaining physical and electronic recordsPerform basic hearing aid maintenance and product questionsParticipate in local events and marketing initiatives to support HearCANADA branding and networking within the local communityEducate patients on billing and payment options; perform AR dutiesas assignedWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in a customer‑facing role – 2+ years of experience in sales, retail, a busy office, or a clinic setting and comfortable interacting with customersSales acumen – comfortability in recommending products and services to clientsCustomer‑centric attitude – comfortable interacting with diverse client groups and networking within the community to position HearCANADA as the region’s number one choice for hearing care servicesTeam‑player – works well with others and appreciates what can be accomplished with support from colleaguesWillingness to participate in some local travel – access to a car and a valid driver’s license is strongly preferred, as some travel will be expected within the assigned region (mileage paid) for community events and marketing initiativesAvailability to work Saturdays weeklyHearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
