The role reports to a Clinical Manager and focuses on delivering excellent patient‑centered care with compassion, excellence and courage.Required QualificationsGraduate of a recognized college or school of nursing or equivalent (e.G., RPN certificate with added courses)Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or meeting eligibility criteria for Temporary or General Class with the CNO.Able to function to the full scope of practice as per CNO.Current Basic Life Support certification.If working in an area with telemetry, formal certification obtained within six months of hire.Medication Administration Certificate and recent experience with medication administration.Knowledge and experience caring for acute patients: initiation and maintenance of IV therapy, medication above/below drip chamber, patient‑controlled analgesia, enteral feeds, TPN, transfusion, central venous access, blood glucose monitoring, nasogastric tubes, wound/skin/foot care, infection control, normal and abnormal blood values.Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, email,
