This role is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds and landscaped areas of the property to a high standard, ensuring a clean, safe, and visually appealing workplace for guests, owners, and team members.Essential Job FunctionsPerform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and weedingMaintain garden beds, trees, shrubs, and flower arrangementsWater and fertilize plants as requiredOperate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and effectivelyAssist with seasonal planting, mulching, and general grounds preparationRemove debris, litter, and ensure all outdoor areas are clean and presentableSupport minor maintenance tasks related to outdoor areas (e.G., pathways, signage,
