We operate three full-service hospitals and several community-based locations, with essential services including emergency, diagnostic imaging, surgery, and rehabilitation care.Position:Full Time Patrol GuardSite:Scarborough Birchmount Hospital | 3030 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1W 3W3Overtime Method:Overtime is Averaging Agreement (AA) after 88 hoursHours:Continental Nights 1900-0700Payrate:$18.73/hourKey ResponsibilitiesConduct regular rounds of hospital premises, including parking areas, hallways, patient rooms, entrances, and exits, to ensure the safety and security of the site.Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.Monitor and control entry points to the hospital, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to restricted areas.Act quickly in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security threats.
