• Facilitate access to community opportunities for individuals • Collaborate with the Inclusion Team and community partners • Support family involvement in individuals’ lives • Share Indigenous heritage and traditions diplomatically • Organize culturally relevant activities for diverse abilities

Requirements: • Knowledge of Indigenous culture and lived experience preferred • Robust communication and teamwork skills • Capability to implement person-centred support plans • Commitment to dignity and respect in service • Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License and personal transportation
