Schedules may change depending on operational requirements.The Community development worker is an entry‑level research and program development position that will be based in Springboard’s Community Learning HUB (HUB).



The Community development worker will report directly to the HUB Manager and work with a remote outreach and program development team to review Community of Practice needs assessments, create internal qualitative and quantitative data reports, and develop new curriculum materials based on community research.
