13-Month Contract | Maternity Leave Coverage

We are recruiting for an experienced Director of Finance & IT to join an established organization in Etobicoke. This is a hands on leadership role overseeing approximately 15–20 employees across Finance, Accounting and IT, while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Lead Finance, Accounting and IT teams and provide strategic direction
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A;, financial modelling and monthly reporting
- Provide financial and operational insights to senior leadership
- Drive process improvement, automation and system enhancements
- Manage and develop a multi-functional team
- Support business planning, performance management and operational decision-making

Ideal Candidate:

- CPA,



CMA or CGA designation
- 8+ years of FP&A; experience, including 4+ years in management
- Previous Director level leadership experience
- Experience managing large, multi-functional teams
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and reporting capabilities
- Proven ability to improve and automate FP&A; processes
- Hands-on, collaborative and adaptable leadership style
- Experience in food, produce, wholesale or distribution is a strong asset
