This position is suited for someone who thrives on working independently in a fast paced workplace. Our firm opened its Vancouver location in 2024. You will be working closely and collaboratively on routine maintenance and transactions with the Corporate groups in BC and Toronto.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and file notice of notice of articles/articles and corporate documentation relating to simple incorporations, organizations, amendments, continuances to/from other jurisdictions, short form amalgamations, dissolutions governed by the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and the Canada Business Corporations ActProduce routine minute and other record book documentation for all manner of entities (i.E. annual meeting materials, changes in directors/officers/registered office, dividends, share provisions, etc.) and make necessary filingsCompose and file business name, corporate name, partnership and limited partnership registrations as required by provincial and federal legislationPrepare and file extra‑provincial and territorial registrations, filings, amendments and annual returns on behalf of corporations,
