This role is ideal for someone who is confident, energetic, and excited to lead within a modern, high‑performing dental environment.What You’ll DoYou’ll be the operational and cultural leader of the clinic, responsible for both performance and team success:Build and optimize clinic systems, workflows, and internal processesRecruit, train, and develop a high‑performing teamManage scheduling, payroll, and day‑to‑day HR functionsOversee billing, insurance processes,
