We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP / Director of HR – Staffing to lead and enhance our healthcare recruitment operations in Alberta. This is a key leadership role, combining strategic oversight, business development, and operational excellence to ensure delivery of high-quality workforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing highly qualified candidates.Develop and implement strategic HR and staffing initiatives aligned with organizational goals and client needs.Build and maintain solid relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their workforce requirements and delivering customized staffing solutions.Drive business development efforts by identifying new healthcare clients and expanding existing accounts.Mentor and manage recruitment teams, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and high-quality candidate experience.Monitor industry trends, labor market dynamics, and competitor activity to refine staffing strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.Ensure adherence to employment standards,
