Reporting to the Manager, Managed Solutions, the Senior Business Management Analyst, will work alongside a team of professionals within Wealth Advice Solutions & Enablement to deliver investment management platform support and implementation guidance to Investment Advisors and Portfolio Managers at TD Private Wealth Management.Specifically, the Senior Analyst will be accountable for the following:Act as a trusted partner and platform/process subject matter expert, delivering advanced personalized application support (Wealth360), proactive guidance, coaching, and sharing implementation best practices with TD Wealth Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers,
and their teamsMaintain expert knowledge of TD Wealth's investment management programs and platforms, and lead in the development of and updates to advisor-facing procedures, tool guides, user-guides, and other reference material (FAQs, etc.)Develop and facilitate presentations and training sessions to advisor teams, acting as a subject matter expert for investment management platforms and programs, and assist in skill and knowledge development for new hires and competitive recruitsAct as an important first-line of support for investment management platform users and play an important role in collection and prioritization of customer and colleague feedback and irritantsResolve inbound product/platform inquiries from front office users, referring matters and escalating complex issues to business and technology partners as requiredMaintain an ongoing view of the investment management platform roadmap and contribute to its development by collaborating with front office and internal partners to solicit feedback and incorporate it into roadmap planning. Actively share insights and recommendations to drive platform enhancements, address defects, and improve the overall advisor and client experienceReview platform release notes to create a comprehensive testing plan in preparation of subsequent scheduled releases, and lead testing, validation, and documentation efforts ahead of new releases/upgrades in partnership with partners in Platforms, Technology, Change Management, etc.Act as a leader by taking ownership of initiatives, setting a positive example through collaboration and accountability,
and guiding others through complex scenarios. Demonstrate resilience, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive team environmentThe selected candidate will also be required to work on ad hoc and non-routine projects and tasks as they ariseJob Requirements/SkillsEducation/AccreditationsUniversity/college degree; Finance, business, or related discipline preferredFinancial or securities designations (CIM, CFA, CSC, CPH, etc.) considered an assetOther Qualifications/Skills/ExperienceFive (5) or more years of relevant wealth or investment industry experienceStrong financial acumen and understanding of investment products, fee-based programs, portfolio management and modelling concepts, and discretionary and non-discretionary investment management practicesExperience working with Wealth 360, and familiarity with other investment management and wealth technology applications including Croesus, Kyndryl, etc.Solid attention to detail and ability to quickly identify issues, triage inquiries, understand root cause, and propose solutions or workaroundsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in a simplified manner, and engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated initiative and resourcefulness in problem solving, with the ability to proactively tackle unfamiliar problems by asking the right questions and independently finding answers or solutions (even without being a subject matter expert)Highly organized and process-oriented, with a strong ability to organize and prioritize work efforts and ensure deadlines are metProven track record of effective project management, including the ability to drive projects to completion and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
