This senior, autonomous role will develop the strategy, own the relationships, and drive measurable growth in GP referrals across the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa, and Pollin’s satellite locations. You will work closely with our clinical and leadership teams to position Pollin as the fertility clinic of choice for GPs and their patients across our network.What You’ll DoDesign and lead a comprehensive GP outreach and engagement strategy aligned with Pollin’s growth goalsBuild and manage a portfolio of relationships with GPs, OB/GYNs, nurse practitioners, and practice managers across the GTA, Ottawa, and surrounding communities served by Pollin’s satellite locationsConduct regular in‑person visits, lunch‑and‑learns, and educational sessions to increase awareness of Pollin’s services and referral pathwaysDevelop and refine GP‑facing materials, including referral guides, clinical education resources, and service overviewsIdentify opportunities to deepen engagement through events, partnerships, and continuing medical education (CME) initiativesTrack referral data and outreach metrics, and report regularly to leadership on performance, opportunities,
