WHAT YOU'LL DOLead, coach, and mentor an operations team of 20-30 employees including 3 supervisorsOversee all operation related activities in the facility yard and warehouseOversee transloading of bulk chemicals in facility yardOversee production and packaging of blendsMaintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and following standard operational procedures, programs, and policiesOverseeing inventory levels by ensuring physical counts, and reconciliation with data storage systemAchieve financial objectives by preparing an annual capital budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actionsInteract with management to set and achieve goals relative to business needs and KPI’s while ensuring that safety remains the number 1 priority.Oversee general office duties and administrative responsibilitiesSome outdoor work required in various weather conditionsOther duties as assignedWHAT YOU'LL NEEDUniversity degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics with five (5) years warehouse experience, three (3) of which in a supervisory or management role.Experience in the chemical manufacturing or distribution industry is preferred.Experience with handling chemicalsExperience with rail sidingsExperience with production and packaging of totes, drums and pails.Strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently,



and demonstrates initiative.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Robust computer and mathematical skillsMust have the ability to read and understand technical materialsForklift operation experience an assetWHMIS and/or TDG training an assetMust be able to lift upwards of 50lbs on a regular basisWHERE YOU'LL WORKOur location:777 Supertest Road, Downsview, Ontario, ON M3J 2M9PAY AND BENEFITSThe annual expected salary range for this position is $100,000 to 120,000.
