Core ResponsibilitiesReport directly to Senior Manager, Wholesale Production.Serve as the key contact for embellishment partners during production in North America.Analyze vendor capabilities and capacity to allocate orders strategically.Develop new embellishment techniques to fulfill market trends.Build the production Time and Action Calendar (T&A;) per season and ensure cross‑functional partners are aligned and updated.Track the status of INDC, development, buy‑ready, order placement, and production schedule to meet ex‑factory dates.Schedule weekly meetings with embellishment partners for production status updates.Lead costing negotiations and strategic sourcing efforts to achieve target prices.Create and maintain SOPs to drive operational excellence.Independently solve issues in collaboration with cross‑functional partners, develop improvement plans, and ensure successful execution.Train vendors on production and logistics policies, processes, and IT systems; roll out new systems asneeded.Arrange and review vendor scorecards.Lead coordination and management of various Production Org project initiatives; generate creativeideasfor initiatives and processes.Maintain close working relationships with embellishment partners and cross‑functional partners to ensure finished goods are delivered on time.Send and receive packages.Visit factories for production tracking, validate production planning, output, and efficiency.Travel to offshore production facilities as necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Textile/Design, Business, Engineering, or technical area (MBA / master’s degree preferred).8+ years of apparel industry experience, preferably within Production and Sourcing.Strong knowledge of apparel construction, fabrics, trims, decoration techniques,



and costing.Experience in wholesale business and campus/teams strongly preferred.Proven self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and adapts to changing priorities.Ability to work autonomously and cross‑functionally with various stakeholders.Strong analytic skills, strategic thinking, and structured decision‑making ability.Facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus.Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while meeting deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Passion to learn new things.Authorization to work in Canada is required.Must HavesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.Communicate with honesty and kindness and create space for others to do the same.Lead with courage, knowing the potential for greatness is larger than the fear of failure.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Integrate fun and joy as a way of being and working; don’t take yourself tooseriously.Compensation and BenefitsLululemon’s compensation offering is grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $81,500–$107,000 annually, with base pay based on market location and may vary depending on experience and internal equity.
