Senior Change Management Lead (LMS Transformation)

Contract Duration: September 2026 to September 2027

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: Up to $52/hour T4 + 4% vacation pay

Location: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite), Toronto, ON

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Lead to support a large-scale enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) transformation initiative. This highly visible role will be responsible for driving organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, culture change, and business transformation across a complex global organization.

The successful candidate will partner with executive leaders, HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption of a new enterprise learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management and adoption strategies
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors
- Develop governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and executive-level reporting
- Lead readiness planning, training support, adoption activities, and implementation efforts
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
- Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and organizational risks
- Support post-implementation stabilization and long-term sustainment initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful business transformation outcomes

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Prosci Change Management Certification preferred
- PMP Certification considered a robust asset
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Readiness, or Transformation
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives at a senior or director level
- Proven experience with enterprise implementations such as LMS, HR Technology, Talent Platforms, or Digital Transformation programs
- Strong expertise in:
- Change governance
- Risk management
- Stakeholder engagement
- Executive reporting
- Organizational readiness
- Adoption strategy development

Must-Have Skills

- Prosci and/or PMP certification
- Enterprise change management leadership experience
- Organizational readiness assessment expertise
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
- Governance, reporting, and risk management experience

Preferred Experience

- LMS or Talent Management Platform implementations
- Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries
- Large global organizations with 25,000+ employees
