Leverage bilingual skills to enhance client relationships and ensure operational excellence.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesProcess BC quotes into sales orders accurately.Verify sales orders against client purchase orders for consistency.Ensure accurate tax rates, shipping methods, and payment terms.Process and confirm payments, issuing receipts and order confirmations.Track pending orders and address delays proactively.Prepare shipping documents and communicate delivery information.Respond to inquiries, process invoices,
