You will answer phone calls and inquiries, screen and assess needs, prioritize and make appropriate follow‑up appointments and referrals, and handle administration tasks related to housing applications and the waiting list. The role focuses on reviewing Indwell’s existing wait list in the program region.What You Will Be Doing:Receiving preliminary client information to screen suitability for an assessment or admissionEnsuring data entry of all documentation to the databaseAssisting with maintaining the waiting listUpdating priority listsMaintaining up‑to‑date client records in compliance with data collection standardsCoordinating intake assessment meetings with program staffContacting referring sources, applicants, and familiesContacting existing applicants to update filesResponding to telephone and email inquiries, referrals, and requests for serviceWhat You Will Bring:College diploma or university degree with experience in a social service settingCommitment to promoting and demonstrating the vision, mission, and values of Indwell within the workplace and communityGenuine interest in providing quality care for individuals living with mental illness,
