This role ensures safe, efficient, and skilled service delivery by supervising the valet team, managing ramp and driveway flow, and acting as the first point of escalation for operational or guest-related issues. Ramp Captains are accountable for maintaining service standards, safety compliance, and operational control throughout the shift.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise valet operations and staff during assigned shiftsAssign roles and manage coverage based on real-time operational needsMonitor punctuality, readiness,
