Maintain detailed records and build relationships internally and externally, with a customer service focused mindset.COLLECTION ANALYST ACTIVITIESReview portfolio of accounts and contact customers to arrange paymentMaintain account records of collection activity and disputes for resolution. Work with internal and external customers to identify and resolveReleasing CL’s (credit holds)
