- 6–8 years of experience in C++ development with robust expertise in modern C++ standards .
- Hands‑on experience in system‑level programming , including software interacting with hardware and operating system resources .
- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, Multithreading, and Concurrency concepts.
- Proven experience in performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing high‑performance applications .
- Background in embedded systems, high‑speed trading platforms, or other performance‑critical backend environments .
- Experience working in Agile environments , participating in sprint planning, stand‑ups, code reviews, and iterative development cycles.
- Nice to have exposure to Python, Terraform, Flux, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Azure certifications .
