Opportunity SnapshotJoin Pixieset as an HR Specialist and play a key role in shaping a seamless, people‑first employee experience at a growing tech company. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a energetic environment, takes pride in operational excellence, and wants to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience.Your ImpactOwn the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, probation tracking, and exit processesCoordinate bi‑weekly payroll and related programs, including reimbursements, perks, RRSP, and EOR administrationEnsure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data, maintaining reliable and up‑to‑date employee recordsManage employee inquiries through AskHR, maintain audit‑ready documentation, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and resolve recurring issuesSupport people‑related matters as needed, including documentation and providing guidance to managers, while maintaining confidentiality and escalating more complex situations where appropriateSupport employee experience programs, including engagement surveys, onboarding check‑ins, policy tracking, and recognition initiativesPartner with the Workplace Coordinator to deliver engaging, people‑focused events and culture initiativesCoordinate global mobility processes, including immigration with external counsel,
