The Funding unit within the Financial Services Department is responsible for monitoring and receipting specific wire payments for all payroll platforms. The team maintains accounts with major domestic and international financial institutions allowing clients to wire funds between banks in order to fund payroll. The department also monitors and actions all high risk, high value clients ensuring funds are received. This role contains both specific daily/monthly requirements and project work. A successful candidate must be knowledgeable on a variety of topics, good at networking (personable) and able to work both as a team player and autonomously with minimal supervision. The Funding Consultant is responsible for all daily operations, support and development of ADP's Financial Services Funding Team in coordination with Management.The Funding Consultant will act as the subject matter expert for any project initiatives as well as be the point of escalation in the absence of the Manager for all critical and sensitive issues. In addition to projects this role will focus on workflow oversight, support, and performance management of the Funding Team. Other duties will include coaching of staff, BPI, reporting and liaising with other ADP business units on behalf of IMMS.Operations & BPICoordinate with Leadership and support all daily functions for department.Identify plan and implement key Funding projects to improve processes and increase productivity and cycle time.Responsible for planning and overseeing projects that impact the team’s processes and shared processes with further operational teams. Monitor and track project progress while keeping leaders and stakeholders informed.Maintain current processes related to Funding team while working on enhancements to benefit both the Team’s SLA and overall, Client experience. Work on relationship building with the strategic teams to lead Credit team’s digital & BPI project initiatives.Share updates with Funding team and ensure training is delivered, processes are documented, and enhancements meet compliance and policy regulations.Coaching and DevelopmentCoaching associates on performance standard, soft skills, Individual Development Plan (IDP), succession planning, talent management and performance management. Design annual departmental objectives in line with corporate goals and divisional initiatives in collaboration with Manager.



Regular reporting on performance trends and talent assessment with leadership.Relationship ManagementResponsible for Relationship Management between internal and external clients, Canadian and International ADP stakeholders and global institutions.Maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders and regularly coordinate with operational departments to resolve escalated client issues and obtain resolution.Interact with client's Controllers to review Funding thresholds and account health.Case ResolutionEnsure all case management and documentation is accurate and in accordance with preset SLAs. Review and oversight on use of current ADP CRM Tool. Management of business process and definition of SLAs for all offerings by the Funding Team.Senior point of escalation for client issues in absence of Manager and providing timely resolution via collaboration with internal and external clients, ADP stakeholders, senior management and business partners.Actively manage all Funding SOX, audit and internal controls. Maintain accurate Cash Forecast and minimize variance.Ensure appropriate and up-to-date information is reflected in the Weekly Funding Reports and reconciliations.Education:Post Secondary Education or equivalent experienceFinance/Banking and/or Leadership training preferredKnowledge, Experience, and Skills:Required:Advanced experience in operational processing and control proceduresProject Management/implementation experience - demonstrated ability to co-ordinate work initiativesC. Literate (MS Office -- Advanced on all components)Coaching/mentoring and experience and performance management abilityWell-developed presentation skills,

Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $81,500.00 - USD $130,200.00 / Year**Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.In Ontario and/or British Columbia (where applicable), the range shown represents theexpected total compensation, including vacation pay and bonus at target.
